    Do you think that these recipes would lend themselves to prepping ahead of time and freezing?

      If by “prepping” you mean cooking it in the crock pot and freezing, I would think that would be fine. Most anything I ever make in the crock pot freezes and reheats very well for easy future meals! I say make a meal and just try freezing the leftovers, you don’t have much to lose!
