    The title is incorrect and misleading. You cannot reverse diabetes. You manage it. And you can manage it with diet and exercise and even, under supervision of a physician, have it under control enough to go off of medication used to treat diabetes. But once you have diabetes you have it, you cannot “reverse ” it.

      I agree with you Danielle I am 56 years old and I have diabetes for about 20 years now and when I was younger it was no problem keeping my blood sugar levels down but as I got older it is really hard to keep under control
