Overall your body is getting plenty of vitamins and minerals, and you’re not sacrificing taste so you’ll be more likely to eat it more often.

21. Raw Detox Salad– When you make things raw you tend to keep it simple, and that’s what’s going on here with this detox salad that uses only a few choice ingredients, but contains everything you need for a burst of vitamins and nutrients. Even though it may look simple they’re using a comprehensive approach to what your body really craves on a cellular level, including raw almonds for healthy fats, and fresh kale for it’s unique flavor and list of health benefits.
